Akhilesh A is the Founder of SkillBridge Academy and a passionate trainer dedicated to empowering students, job seekers, and professionals with the skills required to succeed in today's competitive world.

With over 8 years of experience in Soft Skills, Life Skills, Employability Skills, and Career Development Training, he has conducted numerous training programs across schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and government initiatives throughout Kerala. His mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping individuals with practical skills, confidence, and career readiness.

As a Government-Recognized Trainer, Akhilesh has been associated with the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP Kerala) and the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM), contributing to skill development and employability enhancement programs across the state.

He has successfully delivered Interview Skills and Employability Training Programs for candidates under KKEM and the Employment Exchange Kerala, helping thousands of aspiring professionals improve their confidence, communication skills, and interview performance.

Since 2025, he has also been actively associated with SEBI SMART (Securities Market Trainers) Investor Awareness Programs, conducting investor education and financial literacy sessions aimed at promoting informed investment decisions, investor protection, and awareness of financial markets. The SEBI SMART initiative is part of the investor education efforts supported by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). 

Through SkillBridge Academy, his vision is to create a generation of confident, skilled, and career-ready individuals by providing high-quality training in soft skills, life skills, career guidance, quantitative aptitude, and professional development.
